Before we mount the valve into our bladders, each and every component is combined, pressurized twice and individually numbered. It then becomes a unique set which is tracked and marked as safe to use by our quality control team. Our quality control team makes sure that each and every bladder is inflated and tested for 24 hours before insertion into the kite. Once it is in the kite, it is then re-inflated for another 8 hours at its recommended PSI value. Once all components are checked and pass QC, each kite is then photographed and numbered so that we can keep track of every product, and easily pull reference.
